Yin Yoga is a gentle, healing and calm practice for cultivating physical lightness and mental calm. In Yin Yoga we achieve success over time and not through excessive effort. It takes time for our connective tissue to slowly respond to gentle stress.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing modern Yoga style. The focus lies on the breathing (pranayama) and the exercises (asana). The Vinyasa style keeps you moving from asana to asana, whilst linking each pose to an inhale and an exhale.

Vinyasa Yoga is an intensive style that promotes muscle, balance, agility and stamina. It is derived from the classical Ashtanga yoga. Tension and relaxation movements are guided with controlled breathing.
